Supernatural and a bad idea

For NaNoWriMo I decided to go for an old idea I never completely fleshed out.
It's a horror/supernatural story that I'm pretty sure a lot of people of varying faiths will want to hang me for writing. The undertone isn't as under as far as 'tones' go. It's pretty much calling out human beings for being blinded by whatever. Various characters will be frustratingly stuck in their own views. Why? Because that's how it is in real life and to my eyes it looks like it's only getting worse.
You probably don't have to think very hard or very far back to remember some one who couldn't come out of themselves enough to treat you like fellow sentient creature. I don't care how much some one personally offends me, scowling at them isn't going to help anything. They won't see from my point of view that way, I can't see well at all squinting that hard so it'd be impossible to try their point of view in that state.

Along with this, just as near and dear to my heart, is the fact that I believe in the Supernatural. There is a veil, a parallel dimension, a life after death, whatever it is and however it works it's there and it screws with humanity. Not everyone is on the same spiritual dial and this leads to more of the sentiment in the paragraph above this one.
But what if everyone could see it? What if the more malicious beings tore through the separation between spiritual and physical to wreak unholy havoc?

That is the premise of my story this year. A few of the characters are VERY much clones of people who had some great conversations with me about the spiritual, whether for or against. Paladin and Sony are key players because Paladin's vibrant passion impressed on me enough for him to have the nick name Paladin on my blog.
I hope it doesn't come across wrong, and I hope it can be enjoyed as a slightly freaky story about seeing beyond the self. Not that anyone will be reading it any time soon. (^_^)

Oh, the bad idea! What was it?

It's NOVEMBER!!!!

And there are no pumpkins within 100 miles of me. Apparently after All Hallows Eve pumpkins turn into princesses and waltz out of the grocery stores. Now I can't make the best pumpkin pie ever that Cait showed me. *poutyface*

Anybleedingfingers, it's November which means hairy man chins and writing like a maniac. This year I'm going to be doing two stories... oh yeah... not really. Jex wants me to chronicle our Dungeons and Dragons game because it's getting really crazy. Honestly it's really amazing the story we've been able to weave between the three of us. This is on top of the rewrite of an idea I had about 5 years ago when Paladin was ranting about some interesting spiritualitic ideas as usual.
I'm forced to call it by a different name because "This Present Darkness" has been taken for some time. Good book by the way if you're into supernatural type stories. So I decided to call it "Principalities: Kingdom of the Air" because who knows, maybe I'll finish the novel this year and decide to write another story of the same universe next year. Either way I thought it sounded cool. It might be a little misleading though; I can see someone expecting some kind of elemental magic type book and being really disappointed that it's a spiritual horror/adventure type story.

I'm really excited about hooping too! I can now hoola hoop around my knees and one leg. Still having issues with the shoulder hooping though. Apparently my arms are nowhere near as coordinated as the rest of me.

In this most blessed season I wish you all the best.

Zombeeez and Gearing Up for NaNoWriMo

My friend Doorf just told me yesterday about the Zombie walk in SandLand! And as luck would have it we'll be around there at the same time!!!!!! I'm so EXCITED!!!!
I've already figured out what I'm going to do this year. Year before last... was it? Oooh it was... I went as an attacked-while-fleeing-in-the-middle-of-the-night zombie. I wore a white dress that looked a lot like a night gown, some easy to throw on leggings and unlaced boots that one would likely find by the front door. I wasn't as bloody as a lot of other zombies but I felt the more subtle look is way more fun because some people don't realize you're a zombie till they get too close. *evil laugh*

This year I think I'm going to be a little more overt, aaaaand I'm going to use liquid latex. Not for anything super rad, I'm nowhere near that high leveled in the makeup arts (hell I can barely put on mascara without loosing half my vision) but I'm damned good at painting and that's basically what I'm going to do. On top of all the excitement for myself is that JEX SAID HE'D DO IT WITH ME!!!! He's going to be at my mercy! I'm going to make him the most awesome zombie EVAR!

Except for one thing.....
We have a NerdKingdom appointment that night. I'm totally fine with showing up late, and zombified, to the shindig. Count Beowulf of the Sands might not be so ok with us being late. However, I'm not giving up! I'm going to cling to and ride this excitement into the ground. Dammit.

The Cherry on the Sundae of Reckless Joy is that National Novel Writing Month (aka: NaNoWriMo) is coming up and THIS TIME I've got a handle on it.
You see, up till now I've spent the first 3 days or so running around like a dying chipmunk trying to get an idea and simple plot thrown together. Supposedly you're supposed to be thinking of all that stuff through October, getting characters polished, smoothing out idea wrinkles, and the like. No one tells you this. Hell the first time I heard about it (three years ago) it was the middle of the month already and I just jumped in head first with some craziness about zombie dragons and atlantis. Last year I was a little more on my game. This year, not only will I make the 60k or whatever word count, I'll actually finish a story. I know, I know, it's a sign of the apocalypse, but it's going to happen! It might not, but I'll try my hardest to make it so!

I've already pared down my ideas to one light and fluffy story about princesses saving themselves, a fully narrated mythos type back story to an island I created in the NerdKingdom, and a rewrite of a dark kinda spiritual story idea I kicked around in my only year of college.

I like having things to look forward to. It makes me feel like I can fly.

NaNoWriMo Project Excerpt #2

Have I told you guys that I LUV battle sequences but my characters often just talk all the time? Yeah, my characters are punks like that.

Tokaresh'Ket Excerpt: First real battle.

“What does it feel like?” Tokaresh asked. “I see nothing in the trees.”

“They have to be there. That's where I feel them. Savala-rheva taught me how to do this till I could pick out a halfling in a sea of people.” Richette huffed. “This doesn't make sense.”

The first scream rang out before either of them saw it.

“Makes sense now.” Tokaresh growled dangerously.

Below them several metal maws burst from the rings into the basin that was Thromnblad and out of those maws poured orcs and goblins en masse with a few riding beasts that hadn't been seen for several Drugen generations, Wyvern.

“What the hell?!” Richette cried, it took all her self control to remember not to slam her fist down on something. “What the bleeding rings of hell?!”

“With Wyvern here we'll have to separate. Where should I drop you?” Tokaresh asked quickly.

Richette scanned the ant hill effect below them for a moment. “On that guy, the one with the long purple plume in his helm.”

Richette felt the click more than heard is as she disengaged from the clips on the saddle. With a kind of grace and oneness that could only come from connected souls the golden dragon tucked his wings and rolled through the air sending the slight woman up and over his spiraling form. Richette fell like a stone her hands and arms spread wide palms out and fingers up. Air tore at her clothes, her eyes, her hair, and stole the breath straight out of her lungs. Slowly Richette brought her gloved hands down parallel with the quickly rising ground. Closing her gold brown eyes she sunk her arms and legs deep into the flow beyond in the space between. The Winding Works slowed her fall enough, just enough. Her eyes snapped open as she righted herself and braced. With a mighty crash and the crunch of breaking bone and compacting metal the Woman in fur lined, gold plated, armor crashed onto the orc like a comet. Displaced air rippled like an aftershock and blood sprayed in an impressive arc. There was a silent moment where all within sight of the oozing mas of meat and bone that lay in an amorphous bloody pile paused in sheer confusion.

A figure stood out of the gore with a wicked grin. With deliberate speed the woman unhooked the winged helm from her side and pulled it snug over her head. “Oi.” She called drawing a wickedly curved khopesh and fingering the hilt of another, smaller, curved blade at her hip. “You're trespassing.” She said with a growl.

There was an angry roar directed at her by the large, muscular, orc soldiers. They're smooshed snouts and protruding tusks that rose from their over large lower jaws retracted into vicious snarls. The goblins, rounder and softer with large Faern-like ears, shied away in contrast. Richette roared impressively in return.

There was a surge among the green and muck colored warriors. They're hide armor looked stitched together haphazardly from the skins of too many different creatures in a kind of 'one size fits all' pattern. Some of the more hulking brutes burst the seams as they raised their nasty looking clubs to strike. The smaller, though still twice the musculature of any human man, orcs seemed impeded by the stiff hides that practically swam on their bodies.

Richette closed her eyes for a moment and took a deep breath. The first one to the top of the steaming, still warm, corpse hill was overlarge and smelled of rotten milk and smoke. Richette pulled the smaller curved blade from her hip and brought its full weight against the mighty side swipe she ducked beneath. The perfectly forged kukri sliced through the sinew between sturdy orc bone like a hot knife through butter. In one fluid movement she Khopesh stabbed into the firm flesh beneath her slick leather boots and took hold of the disembodied arm so that her right hand could continue the momentum the orc behemoth had started. The heavy spiked club swung through the air with all the grace of a falling tree. The first two skulls barely slowed it down the third orc tried to move out of the way and toppled over the comrades behind him causing a domino effect that was surprisingly fatal as improperly carried weapons skewered several of those that had lost their footing. A few even fell on their own weapons. The Club found its resting place in the side of another of the larger creatures. Spikes slid between the lacing on the side of his armor. With a red cough and a final flailing growl the monster went down in a fury of movement that knocked several of his fellows back.

Retrieving her sword Richette grimaced. Her surprise had cut a deep gash, but not deep enough for her to hold out on her own. Judging by what she had seen in the air and what she felt in the Works they were going to need a little luck and a lot of help from the Maker, otherwise they were screwed.

Something bounced off her breastplate and into the orc on her left. An arrow fletched with crow feathers pointed at her from the eye in the orc's deep set socket.

Richette sucked in a steadying breath. If the archers were on a higher road then she was dead, it was only a matter of time. With a grunt she lowered her center of gravity and bull rushed straight ahead before any more of the slime colored brutes could swarm up the sides of the rapidly cooling Wyvern corpse.

She lost her sword in the tumble but managed to keep hold of her kukri. Bodies flailed, those that were upright tripped and stampeded over their comrades in a mad dash to get to the rider before she could get the advantage again. Gold brown eyes looked around as she tumbled down the side of the Wyvern in a snowball made of screaming and flailing bodies. Time slowed the way it always does when one is seconds away from agony. Richette was able to stare into the gaping maw of the steel snake that had chewed through the earth into the inverted walls of Thromnblad. To her horror it was a never ending stream of steel and gnashing teeth. These weren't average Marauders, but they were too disorganized for an army of any sort. What was going on?

Time returned to normal and Richette tumbled around and bounced off the firm musculature of the warriors she had knocked over. Several weapons were already bearing down on her prone form regardless of those around her. For a moment Richette felt disconnected from her body. She watched as her hand reached for the broken Magery stuffed into her belt and aim straight ahead at the soldier vomiting maw of the snake. Her index finger brought down the lever Richette had yet to figure out as her other hand reached out, dipped into the Winding Works, and grabbed hold. The gears moved, there was a spark, a flash of light, and a roaring explosion that knocked Richette backwards so forcefully she felt more of the dead Wyvern's bones break along with a couple of her own when she was slammed against it.

There was a terrible moment of silence. Slowly the sound of moaning and shrieking. Richette tried to blink the darkness from her eyes. Everything was bleary, as if she'd just woken up to stare straight into the sun. “Tokaresh!” She cried out fearing that any moment could turn her into a striking rendition of a pin cushion.

A blob of gold filled her vision for a second before she was swept up into the sky surrounded by careful talons. “What did you do?!” Tokaresh's voice echoed through her head.

“I used the Magery Savala-rehva gave me.” Richette gasped as her body struggled to replace the breath forcefully expelled from it. “Maker's hammer! I used that broken Magery!”

“Well, it worked.” Tokaresh said carefully. “It seems Ge'linn and the others are harrying the retreat.

“Retreat? But the battle just begun.” Richette said warily her vision was returning slowly but it was still swimming.

“Avoee... You destroyed two of their metal monsters and left a mark that I'm sure may be impossible to erase.” Tokaresh said hesitantly.

Richette felt a wave of fear leaden her limbs and burn her chest like an ice brand. “I killed a lot of Drugen didn't I?”

There was a moment of silence. “We shall see.”

Tokaresh landed on his hind legs and carefully set his Anaweem on her feet. She swayed slightly before regaining her footing and walking forward. She turned away from the homes they shared and looked out over Thromnblad. The gold dragon hadn't exaggerated. There was a huge chunk tore into the eastern side of the basin of a town. The perfect aerial target would now forever be lopsided.
A black gaze and a brown gold stare locked onto the unassuming bit of wood and metal the woman's hand still clutched. Who had made something like this and what could they possibly have needed it for?Neither dragon nor rider said anything as they waited for their comrades.

Day 20 and a little emotional gushage

Lets start with day 20 of the 30 day challenge! Wooo! only 10 more days to go!
Then I'll tell you all about my NaNoWriMo awesomage and then we may or may not delve into the emotional explosion that has been the last couple of days.

Day 20 is: Nicknames that you have and why/how you got them.
Bwuahahahahaha. I like this one.

Pumpkin: Not only was I born on Halloween under a full moon, but I was also a bit jaundiced. So I was literally orange when I was born. My mom was not happy with this declaration from my dad.

Sweet Cheeks: Given to me by my father shortly after birth, I can't remember why.

Ashes: I don't know who gave this to me first. Maybe it was my Aunt, or my Unkle Tom (I really think it was Unkle Tom because nicknames are kind of his thing). But it's what I was called by my family for FOREVER! Oddly enough all the meanings I've found around it resonate so well with my actual persona I thought about legally changing my name to Ashes.

Rinoah: Ah, middle school. So I had a crush for this kid, Justin I think his name was, and I was totally freaking IN LOVE with Final Fantasy 8. So when this fun blue eyed boy comes up and says: "Hey you remind me of Rinoah Heartilly can I call you Rinoah?" I was like: "YES!" I honestly didn't know I had a thing for him till we had a fight and he stopped writing me. It wasn't my fault his hand wrighting was so atrocious one of his letters never made it to me. Punk.

Haiki: Ah, middle school again. I translated my name into Japanese when I was like 12, same for the homeschooled girls down the street from me. We called each other by these terrible names for a while.

Redd: My maiden name. Because by the age of 14 I didn't really respond to my given name unless one of my family members was saying it.

Radish: Jex's fault... I tried to go just by Ash for a while. Before I got so angry with the 'pokemon' references I met Jex. He asked my last name as he was jumping from cement barrier to cement barrier. I answered and he goes: "Ash Redd. Redd Ash." His lightning struck blue eyes widened and he smiled in a way that I would forever remember as a smile to be avoided at all costs and said. "RADISH!" Nooooooooooo! I am not a vegetable! No! Why God, why?! *ahem*

Rem: This is the one that stuck. In highschool easily 25% of the students shared my name and another 15% shared a friend of mine's name, Mel. )And apparently it's not Kosher to ignore the popular girl who announces that since her nick name is 'red' I can't use my actual last name as what I go by.) Our super cool third member of the "Trio of Terror" Kai offered the solution of picking out Japanese names for each other that fit our personalities. Sweet! I was super in love with Jett Li and the movie Hero at the time so I was like "OMG! I'm going to be No Name!" Nanashi, turned out to be the Japanese translation. Yay! Mel ended up being the absolute pickiest person on the planet. "No the Kanji is stupid, too hard, too simple. The name doesn't mean something cool enough, too masculine, too feminine, too whatever." So in the end Kai and I were like: "FINE! You don't get a name! You're Nanashi!" Then I was like: "Wait... now what's my name?" [insert facepalm here]
So, my friends assured me that they'd find a good name for me and rejected every idea I came up with for a few days. I gave up and just let them brew. If I got a name then I got a name if not then I guess I could try to beat the 'pokemon' reference out of Ash. Maybe replace it with an Evil Dead reference.
One day Nana and Kai came careening off the bus and to the corner where we met before classes and announced with blinding white glee that they had found my name. THE PERFECT NAME for me. "Rem" They said together.
I wasn't sure. "Rem? That's not a Japanese name."
But it didn't matter because they said they were my friends and that is what they were going to call me. FOREVER. And they have. Now so do my parents, my husband, my other friends, just about everyone who has met me in person.
It's so much so my name at this point that early on in our marriage when Jex said my given name I got mad at him and nearly demanded who the hell "Ash*****" was. Then realized it was me. *furious blush*
Just in case you're wondering "Rem" is a Japanese name that is usually translated as "Ren" but both spellings are acceptable since the n and m sound are pretty much the same in Japanese. It's a boys name that means "Lotus". It'd be nice if that's the reason why they picked the name, for all the meanings behind the Lotus flower... no... it was a character in a comic series they were reading called TriGun, who apparently is my personality clone. *shrugs*

NANOWRIMO!!!! = Awesomage!!!!
I'm up to 25K words! Go me! And in celebration I think I'll post a little excerpt again. It'll be shorter than the first one.

And I think I'm just going to ignore my emotional instability for now. I'm running out of precious internet time.

Day 17 and a Novelist's update

And so I find that I'm doing too many things at once, yet again.

Anyway today's number on the 30 day challenge is actually fairly easy to accomplish.
Day 17 is: Something you could live without.

Oh boy! Here Marrianna Annadanna and V will get one of those lists they love so. Because I feel like ranting just a little bit.

All the things Ashes could live without.
1. Daylight Savings
2. The massive amount of country radio stations
3. Bad Rap music (there is actually some good rap music out there. It's not just a myth!)
4. Gangster Style
5. Brand names
6. Fan Girls
7. Fan Girls
8. Twilight Fan Girls (I'm talking the crazy ones, if you're a sane Twilight fan I hold nothing against you. Honestly I enjoyed much of the books myself.)
9. Inuyasha Fan Girls
10. Stupid drivers
11. Cell phones
12. the Flu Shot
13. World of Warcraft (actually any MMOG, Massive Multiplayer Online Game)
14. Wal-Mart
15. 1/2 my wardrobe
16. Cosmetics
17. Dymatap (or any other godawful substance that is 'supposed' to be good for you)
18. Plastic women (the ones that are alive just for clarification)
19. Jersey Shore
20. It's always sunny in Philadelphia
21. Most reality tv in general
22. Music television that doesn't play music.
23. The 52million and 4 infomercial channels in cable packages.
24. Religious people (not you spiritual people who actually live what you believe)
25. That guy who leaves the cart in the best parking space.
26. Processed Cheese Products
27. Pabst Blue Ribbon (eeeeeeewwwwwwwwwww! Who actually likes this stuff?!)

I feel better.

I've gotten nearly 7,000 words down in 3 days. I felt good about that till I saw that the majority of my friends had gotten to the 15-18,000 mark, that effectively popped my pride balloon. Thanks to Shane for making me feel better by saying that mine was probably better quality. Probably a lie, but it made me feel good.

I don't know if the excerpt I posted was too long. I'm thinking of posting shorter segments from time to time and seeing what you all think since you're who it's there for. So, would more bite sized pieces of my NaNoWriMo project be better for you guys? I would like to hear from my silent readers on this one too. Again this is all for you guys.

Happy Birthday New Story ALLIGATOR!

This is Kyaba's look when I started ranting about NaNoWriMo. It was too cute.

So I decided. I'm going to write a new story. I tried to play with all my ideas and the only one that nibbled was the one that refuses to let me use specifics. So I gave up and started something completely new. And dammit, while I was writing today it made me cry. So SAD! But it's going to be really good. I have a feeling it will be anyways. Evil shapeshifting dragon who's older than the eldest dragon alive plus emotionally tattered heroine who can reach into the magic dimension= potential for awesome. Just today I wrote 3,808 words. So if I keep going like this I'll hit 50,000 in no time!

My in-laws took off the other day. It was really nice to have them around. I think I lucked out with in-laws that aren't super stressful to have in my house. I was a little worried since this is the first time I've had my own house for them to come into. But it was really fun. As you can tell by the look on AssBreakerTony's face they enjoyed the visit too.

ALLIGATOR!!!!!
I remembered my camera AND the cord. So I can show you all the ONE good picture I got of the Alligator before I chickened out and ran away.

Here's the sign by our pond

And here's Le~chomp monster... er I mean... Mr. Alligator.

I had to get to HIS side of the pond for this and when I noticed he was watching me I sorta kinda freaked out and ran away. This is full zoom from 30-35 feet away.

But I'm having issues uploading the video so you guys are just going to have to live without seeing me have the calmest panic attack ever.
However I'm going to double post with a little excerpt from my current NaNoWriMo project so you'll still be entertained. (^_^)

NaNoWriMo Panic!

Oh my GOD! NaNoWriMo is in my face and I have too many ideas and a puppy that has to go outside whenever I get into my 'zone'. AAAAAHHHHHH!

So here are my ideas.
1. Rewrite and finish the novel I started last year about dragons and zombies. I know weird combo but it's a really really cool plot. At least it made me happy.

2. Finally pen down the 'hellspawn' story that's been nagging at me for a while.

3. Start a new story based on a dream I had about me and my friends having super powers.

4. There's also this Skyrimm story I started with a friend several years ago. It's on a planet that we created together. There are 14 races and at least 3 made up languages, we have flying motorcycles, floating islands and a war between the Stratta and the Firma. And did I mention there's also huge steam punkish flying ships? Oh yeah.

5. The little kids story about Vampires that rust in the sunlight and are afraid of the dark, werewolves that are super soft and fluffy when they transform along with a near sighted elf and a narcoleptic golem.

*Sigh* I don't know what to do!!!! And I spent so much time fighting with the interwebs in order for it to give me open office so I could actually write!

I'm leaning towards number 2... sorta.

So any input Dazee? Anyone?

Day 16, First Ten

My in-laws are cool. If I can ever remember both my camera and the usb cord at the same time I might be able to post a picture of my birthday awesomeness. But alas I am perpetually forgetting one thing on my mental lists. I hate lists.

Today is going to be another day on the wheel of the 30 day challenge. Today is also the first day of NANOWRIMO!!!! I think, it was Nov last year. Let me double check.
YES!!! IT IS!!!! *happy dance of joyousness* I'm going to write my story so bloody well this year and none of my characters can stop me!
If you'd like I'd be happy to share snippets of it here and get some honest critique of my redonkulously stupid ideas super fun story!

Alright so day 16 is super easy: put your ipod on shuffle and post the first 10 songs.
Wooooo!

1. Somewhere by Within Temptation. This song always makes me cry.

2. Victems of Science, the device has been modified. I LOOOOVE this song. Is my favorite! one of many anyways.

3. Calling You by Blue October. The theme song to my courtship with Jex.

4. Mother Earth by Within Temptation. This was one of the first songs I heard when we moved to Germany... oh god! that was 9 years ago!!!

5. The Longest Road a deadmou5 remix of a Morgan Page song. The words make little sense except to try and express an emotion. But I like it anyways, it actually inspired a couple of short stories.

6. Valintines Day by Linkin Park. First time I heard this song was just after my grandfather's death. Needless to say I bawled like a little girl. The video is from a final fantasy game I just started.

7.Scars of Time, from Chrono Cross. OH MY GOSH! The memories! When my sister and I were a lot younger we'd play this openening sequince on the playstations in Wal-Fart and pretend we were violen players... then when my sister bought the game we'd constantly 'start a new game' just to see it over again.

8.I lived on the Moon by Kwoon. Good song, it tells a story, the exact story the the video portrays. I like it!

9.Liminality from the .hack series. I like this anime, but I couldn't get into the games at all. The idea of having your consciousness sucked into cyberspace is a really interesting one to me.

10. Yakko's World from Animaniacs. I miss cartoons that were cool AND pretended to teach me something.

Written Words

I'm going to try harder to update my blog.
Life has found a pattern for me. This is why I do not often write. I feel like I am only reiterating things already spoken. Wearing down thoughts till they are only a stub of the monumental discovery they used to be.
I move, I don't have a kitchen, I find a happy place, there is much disappointment. I study culture and language and learn more about myself.

Recently though, something did happen to me that was out of the cycle.

I was stupid and got scammed. Yes, some one took my money and I let them because I wasn't paying attention. However I have since then reversed the damage and kept any farther loss from happening.

This lesson that I have learned is both humbling and empowering.
I am humbled, knowing that my intelligence isn't as far reaching as I once thought. So now I can be kinder and not judge others I deem to have 'done something stupid'.
I am empowered, knowing that though I am sometimes unintelligent I have the ability to somewhat undo the damage of those poor choices. The bad things I do don't have the power to drag me down as long as I fight them.

Keeping this new experience in mind I'm going to try to fight my negative emotions. Often times I feel like the dark feelings are a big steam roller and I'm the road. On the contrary I am me, I can run, dodge, move out of the way, and maybe one day take total control of that big rolling mass that is my dark side. I feel confident, though it make take many years, that I can do this now.

In other news, I'm writing a Novel for NaNoWriMo (national, something, writer's, month) and I'm super excited! I love the chaotic idea my friends and husband helped me come up with.
*come closer*
*whispers* You see, I'm writing about Zombies and Dragons. *giggles* Figure that one out.
The plot is fairly simple and straight forward, I didn't want to get tangled up with too many loose ends seeing as how I'm writing my first draft in only 30 days. I have to admit I'm really loving the light stress of it. I fell behind a little yesterday and didn't get a chapter done like I'd planned. So, today, I'm going to catch up by writing the rest of the chapter I didn't finish and try for two more chapters.

If you want I can post little excerpts of the text here so you can get a feel for the book. Just keep in mind that this is a rough draft. I'm more worried about getting the ideas onto the page than it looking or sounding very smart.

I wish all my friends, and whatever random readers stumbles on to this, the best of luck in life, love, and learning.
*HUGS!*
